Overview
Hey! Welcome to Centum Laboratories! If you're here, then you're probably new!
Starting in Centum Laboratories already gives you access to four different, unique teams to get you started in your journey. Those being Research Subject, Health & Research, Centum Security, Domestic Security Agency! Each team providing a different role you can provide to the facility!
Each team has different ranks that can be accessed through Team EXP! The higher amounts you have, the higher you can progress, with the maximum a team can progress, usually being 1960 Team EXP! Each team also has different ways to get Team EXP, and oftentimes, most sources also give NCD$ and Skill Points!
NCD$, or the New Columbian Dollar, is the main currency of Centum Laboratories, and in almost every team, can be exchanged for items in that teams' respective Vendors to buy guns, items and other cool stuff!
Skill Points are the currency exclusively used in the Skill Tree to buy perks that can boost your character or give access to exclusive abilities/items! There are many sources of Skill Points, with every subteam having access to at least two sources of Skill Points! This currency is team-dependent. Meaning, the Skill Points you obtain for one team (such as Research Subjects) does not carry over to another team (such as Centum Security).
Prestige Points are the premium mid-game currency that can be used in exchange for normally robux-purchasable items, such as Weapon skins, gamepass-exclusive teams, as well as higher tier perks for subteams! You are able to get Prestige Points by completely maxxing out a subteam, and prestiging it by going to a locker, going to the Skill Tree tab, and clicking on 'PRESTIGE'.

Research Subjects
Research Subjects, known to Centum Labs as the Office Board of Research Subject Volunteers, is one of the most important roles you can have in the facility! Research Subjects clean the facility, perform multiple labor-intensive jobs in the facility, as well as the primary volunteer test subjects used in experiments performed by members of the Health & Research board office!
Research Subject Occupations
Research Subjects have many occupations they can partake in! Each of these jobs give NCD$, Skill Points, and Team EXP!
Mail Delivery
One of the jobs that can be gotten from the Task Board in Research Subject Housing Block, Mail Sorting gives the player the yellow Technician Subject uniform, as well as the 'authorized' player label for 15 Minutes, allowing them to be able to wander the facility freely for the allotted time! After picking the Mail Sorting job, go to the Mail Room, and grab a mail cart. When holding the cart, you can't run, and you only have 15 minutes to complete your objective! Points should be highlighted in Blue on where you need to go. Go to these locations and double click "E" if you're on PC, or press the Interact button in mobile, to be able to place a parcel in! Once you have all of your points completed, go back to the Mail Room, and return your cart, after which, you will obtain 875 NCD$, 1 Blank, and 75 Team EXP!
Pipe Fixing
One of the jobs that can be gotten from the Task Board in Research Subject Housing Block, the Pipe Fixing job, like Mail Sorting, gives the Technician Subject uniform, however, does not authorize the player. Upon picking the 'FIX RSHB PIPE' task in the board, you will be given a Blue highlight to a nearby pressure panel! Go to the pressure panel, and click "E" or hold the Interact button on mobile to access a closer angle of the pressure panel! After clicking, you will see four white circles that point to the bolts of the pressure box. Click or press these white circles to remove the bolts. After removing all bolts, you will be pointed to press the 'Supply Pressure' switch. After flicking the switch, wait for ~10 seconds. After waiting, you will be prompted to exit the pressure panel through the 'EXIT CAMERA' button. After which, a white circle will appear on the cracked area of the pipe. Click or tap on the white circle, and you'll be finished, obtaining 425 NCD$ and 20 Team EXP!
Package Sorting
A location-specific Research Subject job that can be done easily and hastily! There are 11 Columns, labelled Column A-K, each with 3 Rows, labelled 1-3. Grabbing a mail package from the conveyor belt will put it in your inventory. Each package has an indicator of where to put it. For example, a package with 'COLUMN D, ROW 2' will have the correct storage area being Column D, Row 2. Each successful package sorting will give 4 NCD$ and 3 Team EXP!
Laundry
A location-specific Research Subject job with medium-level rewards! Grab dirty clothing from the left hamper, and put it inside the Washing Machines in front of the dirty clothing hamper, after which, you will have to wait for ~15 seconds for the process to finish, indicated by the neon green indicator on the washing machine. After which, interacting with the washing machine again will give you Wet Clothing, which can be put on the Dryer Machines on the right side of the room. Putting Wet Clothing in the Dryers will be another ~15 second wait. After which, you will get Clean Clothing, which can be put into the right hamper, completing the process, and giving you 20 NCD$ and 5 Team EXP!
Mopping
The simplest and fastest 'job', mopping involves, as you might guess, a Mop, which can be obtained from the Research Subject Vendor, or through the Mop location placed next to Cell 1A in Research Subject Housing Block. Around RSHB will be many clumps of dirt, usually coloured brown, but may change depending on the event, such as white during christmas. Using your mop by holding LMB or the Interact button on mobile, will make you sweep, cleaning up clumps of dirt on the ground, giving you 1 NCD$ and 0.5 Team EXP!
| Job | NCD$ Reward | Blank Reward | Team EXP Reward | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Mail Delivery | 875 NCD$ | 1 Blank | 75 Team EXP | |
| Pipe Fixing | 425 NCD$ | 0 Blanks | 20 Team EXP | |
| Package Sorting | 5 NCD$ | 0 Blanks | 1 Team EXP | |
| Laundry | 22 NCD$ | 0 Blanks | 5 Team EXP | |
| Mopping | 1 NCD$ | 0 Blanks | 0.5 Team EXP |
Rioting & Escaping
Tired of complying with Centum? Or do you just wanna kill people? look no further! Research Subjects have the unique ability to either comply with Centum's wants, or choose to riot and escape the facility, joining the enemy faction, The Osiris Collective.
For the cost of NCD$, subjects are able to buy weapons, armour, medkits, and other items using the Research Subject Vendor! As well as this, if you are able to obtain an AC-3 card, you will be able to escape the facility through the Docking Zone, or the Lower Sector Parking Area. However, keep in mind, all exits have Turrets that target hostile players, such as escaping Research Subjects!
Health & Research
Health & Research, known to Centum Labs as the Office Board of Health & Research, is Centum's core division that deals with the experimentation of viruses, development of cures and vaccines, as well as the medical treatment of all faculty within the facilities they operate in.
Health & Research, have two primary divisions, being Medical Staff, and Virologist Staff.
Medical Staff
The first subteam of Health & Research, Medical Staff are the ones that primarily deal with the medical-side of H&R. They gain rewards from healing other players using their Medkit, as well as observing tests hosted by other branches of Health & Research.
While holding a medkit, hovering your mouse over another player, or holding a player close to yourself will highlight them for yourself.
| Highlight Types | |
|---|---|
| No Highlight: | Target is at Full HP |
| Dark Green Highlight: | Target is 90%-99% HP |
| Green Highlight: | Target is at 51%-89% HP |
| Orange Highlight: | Target is at 30%-50% HP |
| Red Highlight: | Target is at 1%-29% HP |
Virologist Staff
The second subteam of Health & Research, Virologist Staff are tasked with experimenting on multiple viruses to obtain cures, and deals with the main job Health & Research players have to deal with.
Starting off, you will have a clearance level of AC-2, which means, you will primarily only have access to the regular Research Hub, located next to the Combative Armoury. Which means the viruses you will primarily be able to test on are the relatively safe viruses, being BIAK-16, BIBI-22, and BIZK-96!
To test, you must get a Research Subject from Research Subject Housing Block, and use the Authorize tool to make them be able to follow you. After which, you may go to an available Research Hub, such as the aforementioned regular Research Hub, or the Advanced Research Hub, if you have AC-3 clearance. After which, grab a Biocanister and an Empty Sample tube, and along with your Research Subject, go to an available Testing Chamber.
Put your Research Subject inside the Testing Chamber, and insert the Biocanister into the input area. The subject will be infected with the virus you put. However, keep in mind, BIQK-45 (dark green virus) and BIPM-31(black virus) do not have available cures.
Hold "E" on PC, or hold a player with your finger on Mobile while holding an Empty Sample tube to extract a blood sample from them, giving you their blood. You may leave the subject inside the Testing Chamber, however, it is suggested you come back to cure them after.
Once you have your Blood Sample from an Infected player, head to your spawn.
How to Create Cures:
Grab your sample, put it into the machine with the "1" label. Wait for around 15 seconds. After, grab it. Go to the machine labelled "2", you are able to expand the screen by pressing the button pointed by the red arrow. Put your sample inside, then wait until you have the option to extract a virus from your sample, after which, wait, and then go grab your sample.
Go to the machine labelled "3", you will have to do a free flow minigame where you must connect all of the dots. Do note that every space must be filled in order to get your cure. After you complete the minigame, you will get your cure.
Centum Security
Centum Security, known as the Office Board of Centum Security Forces, is the main security force for Centum Laboratories, and is the primary line of defense against any violent Research Subject protests, or incursions from the Osiris Collective.
Centum Security Subteams have the highest armour value of all Centum combative teams. Which means you can take more hits from enemies. As well as this, they are given items to easily quell many enemies, even when disadvantaged in numbers, with equipment such as Tear Gas, and Shields.
How do you get NCD$ and Team EXP from playing Centum Security?
Centum Security have many ways to obtain NCD$ and Team EXP! Ranging from being near high value personnel, such us the Facility Oversight, or observing tests ran by Health & Research! Your duties, however, will always have the common denominator of being the one in charge of securing something, or someone. Additionally, pager orders, such as ones activated by your team's executive lead, give great rewards!
Where should I be as Centum Security?
Contrary to popular belief, Centum Security players are able to go anywhere in the facility where security is needed! This, of course, includes locations such as the Research Subject Housing Block, as well as Lower Sector. However, it's important to always keep tabs on where enemies may attack, and always coordinate with your fellow Centum Security personnel to be able to do your job effectively!
Biohazard Containment Unit
The Biohazard Containment Unit, known as the Office Board of Infection & Disease Containment, is the most unique combative team in the game, with exclusive access to equipment specifically used to combat viruses, instead of regular combatants. This means, if you want to play this team, you must have at least a basic amount of knowledge on most viruses you might face.

Tools & Equipment
Players in Biohazard Containment Unit have access to multiple items and equipment that can be used to fight against infected. This could range from support items that inhibit viruses, to equipment that can directly damage infectees.
T-88 - The T-88 Dart Gun is a specialized equipment exclusive to the Biohazard Containment Unit. It allows players to stun or blur the vision of a singular infected player for ~8 seconds, and has a reload speed of ~3.5 seconds. Do note, The T-88 cannot be used to stun BIPM-31.
Incendiary Grenades - The incendiary grenade is a throwable exclusive to Biohazard Containment Unit that sets fire to a medium-sized area for a short period of time, dealing heavy Damage over Time fire effects, useful for viruses weak to flame, such as BIIR-10.
APD-31 - The Acid Projectile Device-31 is a specialized equipment exclusive to Biohazard Containment Unit used to fight BIPM-31 instances. It shoots acid projectiles that on impact explode and create a small-sized cloud of acid that slowdown infecteds, deals Damage over Time and deals heavy damage to BIPM-31-RE.
Hazard Suit
All subteams of Biohazard Containment Unit have a Hazard Suit, able to be activated using the "Z" key on PC, and the Hazard Suit key on Mobile.
By default, Hazard Suits have 1000 mL of oxygen. However, you can have up to 5000 mL of oxygen.
Hazard Suits, when activated, make the wearer immune to all infections. However, this does not mean you take no damage from viruses. You gain an immunity to being infected. And every second, your oxygen meter will drop by 3.7 mL of oxygen. This means, if starting off with a full tank, your oxygen should last ~22 minutes and 31 seconds to empty completely. If your hazard suit is on, and no oxygen is in your tank, you will take 10 damage per second until you deactivate your hazard suit.
Suit Integrity, however, determines the effectiveness of your hazard suit. If your Suit Integrity has below 100%, then your complete immunity to viruses is deteriorated. You will still have a large likelihood to not get infected, however, you will not be completely immune.
Suit Integrity can go down from certain damage sources, such as firearms.
