OVERVIEW
The Facility Response Unit (Previously known as the Crisis Intervention Team) are the "Private army" of Centum Laboratories. This team is one of the five teams to have access to the Juggernaut kit. Created following the increasing threat of Osiris Collective splinter cells conducting raids on Centum facilities, This elite unit is the best of the best and given the best equipment that Centum labs has to offer.
GAMEPLAY
The gameplay of the Facility Response Unit is rather very easy to understand and get a hang of. If it wasn't obvious, you will mainly be fighting Osiris Collective outside the facility (though there will be some incidents where you will fight them inside the facility if they manage to get in). You will also mostly be defending facility entrances and the Substation. The Substation is a small building which houses the facilities generators. You must protect it from hostiles, as they will do anything they can to hack into it and disable the facilities power, which temporarily deactivates all site defense systems and allows hostile forces to get in and wreak havoc.
Lore of Facility Response Unit
The Office Board of Facility & Domestic Response (Facility Response Unit) was created through an emergency response act provided by Homeland Security and the New Columbian Government as a direct counter to the increased frequency of insurgent activity conducted against Centum personnel and facilities. Although there has been speculation that this has given rise to government resources supplementing a 'Centum interest private army' through such emergency acts.
In recent years, FRU has been given a wide allocation of resources as the conflict with NATO continues and insurgent attacks escalate, effectively giving the Office Board a "blank check" in how it conducts operations not only within Centum, but in cities within Centum's reach. This leads to FRU being typically equipped with higher-end weapons capable of dealing with any armed and capable combatant threats.
Goals of Facility Response Unit
FRU's goal is simple: Combat and repel any hostile groups targeting Centum Laboratories, that being mainly the Osiris Collective. This is done by safeguarding the entrances, keeping the Substation secured, and terminating any Clerics or Osiris disciples that have gotten inside the facility. While CWU's goals are the same, they are more catered for espionage, infiltrating the ranks of the Collective to gather as much information as possible or assassinating high value targets within the Collective.

TRIVIA
- The facility response unit used to be called the Crisis intervention team before Version 1.0 (New generation update)
- The facility response unit actually suffered a severe loss of manpower in lore due to them failing a major objective known as Operation Closed Crossed, which was a major order for FRU to kill as many Osiris Collective members.
- Although the FRU are doing their best, they are reportedly being hated upon by a mysterious individual known as Mierigs. He's still on the run from UFNC police to this day... (this is just a joke and has nothing to do with the lore)
