The Department of Human Resources acts like any Human Resource personnel in real life, they oversee the ethics of operations conducted in the facility as well as the conduct of staff. They are able to establish workplace policies to ensure a better work environment. This team is primarily roleplay, they do not hold any realistic authority, nor major gameplay functions. They are able to check documents for discrepancies within the spawn for NCD and XP.
