Chairman

The chairman acts as the overseer of the administrative committee as well as the Senior Administrative Head of the Northern Facility within lore, which means that they act arguably in tandem with the Facility Oversight, and posses a general higher authority than most team oversights in the game. This team is for roleplay, and they do not hold any realistic authority over players nor do they hold any major gameplay functions. However, they can check for discrepancies in documents within their spawn for XP and NCD.
